The service is provided by map.coffee Ltd. (C112521) registered at TA' GANNINA, TRIQ IZ- ZEWWIEQA, QALA, GHAWDEX, QLA 1432, Malta. By accessing or using map.coffee (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use map.coffee. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text, maps, and other materials you upload or create. By submitting content, you grant map.coffee a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

Our Content: All software, features, and design of map.coffee are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. AI-Generated Output

map.coffee uses AI to generate maps, text, and suggestions. You are solely responsible for how you use and rely on this output. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice.

6. Plans, Pricing & Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and features will be described at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Refunds

General Rule: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, you must notify us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a correction or refund.
Trials & Promotions: If you signed up under a free trial or promotional offer, charges are non-refundable once the billing period begins, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

You may stop using map.coffee at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, map.coffee and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless map.coffee, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
